1) During the Sign-Up Process choose your Telephone
Number and Area Code as normal
2) When you get to the Checkout Page choose the Option
for "All Inclusive Special Offer".
3) You'll be asked for your Shipping Address and you'll see
that the charge for the number is removed from the Total
- you only Pay for your credits - everything else is free!
